Hypnotherapy and sleep
Hypnotherapy can help in multiple ways to promote your sleep.

And for everyday worries, hypnosis can teach you how to reach a state of relaxation that will help you fall asleep, as well as techniques for putting your worries aside for the night, or taking a step back from them.
One may need some sleeping pills at one point in life, and this pill can become a habit, hard to deal without it. Hypnotherapy can help you to find alternative.
